The customer service was exceptional, and I felt
welcomed throughout my stay. The breakfast bar had a nice selection, but the room could have been updated. I loved the clean pool area and proximity to great hiking trails, but the decor felt somewhat dated.

Great stay for us couples!
Our room was clean, and the cleaning staff really did a superb job daily. The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise, not just the regular coffee and pastries, but a full spread that kept us fueled for the day.
It wasn't cheap by any means but still quite acceptable for what we got.

We enjoyed our stay with the kids, particularly the nearby hiking trails and bird-watching spots. It was a great chance to bond and explore together. The location is just a short drive from Clemson Memorial Stadium, perfect for our family activities.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly meal options.

The stay was enjoyable with clean rooms and a nice surprise of fresh cookies in the lobby. I loved relaxing by the outdoor pool and taking in some sun on the loungers. The only downside was the shower curtain could have been a bit longer, but it didn’t impact my overall experience! 😊

Unexpectedly lovely customer care
The warm cookies at check-in were a surprise treat. The staff’s attentiveness made our stay enjoyable despite a few hiccups. The location was also perfect for local adventures.
Unfortunately, the room's lighting could have used an upgrade, making it feel a bit dim during the evening hours. Also, the elevator made unsettling noises occasionally.

Convenient and Comfy Stay with a Minor Driveway Concern
I had a pleasant one-night stay in a Non-Smoking King Room. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze. Just a heads up for future guests, the main entrance driveway is a bit tight, so be careful when parking or unloading! Otherwise, it was a lovely stay.

Clean King Room with a microwave and fridge made for a convenient stay. The breakfast featured superior options, including tasty eggs and a range of meats and cereals, which stood out compared to other hotels.
The main entrance driveway feels tight due to support pillars, making navigation tricky. The bathroom shower curtain could be a little longer to prevent water from splashing outside the tub. Plus, the elevator seemed outdated, giving off some unsettling noises during use. Parking lot lighting in the back could be improved for extra safety, and some areas might benefit from a minor update in decor or functionality.
